If a "picture is worth a thousand words" and I have hundreds of pictures up, what's the use of a Blog?  Of course, sometimes one needs a caption or context to set up a picture, adding to the sensual and emotional impact of the pixels.  Photography is a definitely a gratifying way to tell a story.

JustJeri.com is different than most photographer's websites. I do make money on some of the photos that I take for people who hire me to get pictures of their events, but my website is also here to tell a story.

What I hope to capture in my photography is not necessarily planned poses or events, but candid shots of people or situations that show the real emotion of what's happening when I take a picture.  Or a scene that evokes certain thoughts and feelings

My goal is to make you want to come back often not only to observe how my photography [hopefully] improves or

evolves over time, but most importantly just because you enjoy the stories I'm telling through the pictures I take.

I am and will always be,

Just Jeri
